70cl / 46% / Signatory - Matured exclusively in a single refill sherry butt, this nine-year-old Ben Nevis was distilled in 2010 and in February 2019 it was bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It has a fruity, spicy character, with notes of red cherries, raisins and fresh ginger throughout the palate.
